Lucia's Lazy Cottage is just a short 5 to 8 minute walk to the beach or 50 steps to the huge community pool. Located close to Rosemary, SeaSide & Seacrest beaches there's never a dull moment offering many restaurants and shopping galore. The Destin outlet mall is a short 15 minute drive or go the other direction to Pier Park in Panama City Beach, again 15 minutes. The 30A bike path is just outside of our resort neighborhood with bike rental shops less than a mile away.

This home features professionally appointed furnishings throughout, complete with a full kitchen including stainless appliances, large eat-in bar and granite countertops that make cooking for your crew a pleasure. The open dining and living room provide a large dining room table and barstools for comfortably seating 8-10, a sofa that pulls out to sleep an additional 2 on its queen mattress, a 32 inch flat screen television with DVD player and all the channels you could watch. We even have a washer and dryer close to the kitchen area.

Lucia's Lazy Cottage consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom (second floor) opens to the covered porch with ceiling fans and rocking chairs. The king sized bed with a flat screen TV will make you feel right at home. The luxury master bath has a jetted tub, tile shower, walk in closet, private toilet and twin sinks.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 are also on the second floor each having at TV set and share a full deluxe bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed and bedroom 3 has a full sized bed.

Bedrooms 4 & 5 are on the first floor close to the kitchen area and share a deluxe full bath. Bedroom 4 has twin sized bunk beds and a TV and bedroom 5 has a full sized bed.
