Seagrove Beach Villa is your dream retreat on 30A. With its sprawling layout, luxury finishes and sea breeze views, this three-story home comfortably fits 13 for all your vacation needs.

The home was built for gathering and relaxing: cook together in the fully-equipped kitchen (upgraded appliances, spacious countertops, gas range and gas grill included); stroll 6 minutes to white-sand beaches; spend afternoons napping on one of the home’s two porches or lounging at the private community pool; cuddle up for movie nights in the plush living area. The main floor is spacious with shiplap wood floors and a pecky-cypress ceiling. You can grill on the attached deck which overlooks Point Washington State Park or spend time at the dining table for 10 — it’s just as perfect for puzzles and post-dinner board games.

However you choose to spend your days, Seagrove Beach Villa will be your first-class base for sunny days, colorful sunsets, rest, relaxation and memories to last a lifetime.

The property is beautiful, spacious and in a gates, quiet neighborhood just off 30A. The beach is a 5 minute walk, and the golf cart and bikes make traveling from the house down to Seaside or Alys a breeze. There are several porches that make for great hangout spots in the evening.
We would recommend this place and would visit again ourselves. Perfect for a big family. We had six teenagers and our dog with us.
Please note the neighborhood is gated and does have pretty strict rules about noise, parking and pets.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house – we’ve stayed in this little neighborhood twice now and it has been a nice, quiet location with easy access to the beach/grocery store/town etc. The house was very clean, had a well appointed kitchen, plenty of beach toys/wagon, and included a baby gate which was great for our stay with a toddler. We enjoyed coffee out on the outdoor screened-in patio and grilling dinner in the BBQ area off the main living room/kitchen. Having the golf cart included was a major plus for us and communicating with the golf cart company was very seamless. This home backs up to a nature preserve so it is super quiet and provides a nice alternative to a walk on the beach! I would definitely recommend this property!

Our family loved this property – it worked so well with three families, and having the bedrooms on three different floors.  The golf cart was a huge asset taking our things to the beach, a little but of a far walk to the beach (which was communicated early on).  There’s a very nice new parking lot at Ramsgate Public beach entrance, which was easily walkable to the beach.  Loved how clean the property was, and beautifully decorated.  The pool in the community was so relaxing.  BEAUTIFUL property, and I would highly recommend!  Hoping to make the trip again next year and would definitely book this property again.  Thank you for helping us make wonderful family memories !!

Very nice stay. House felt private. The two porches overlooking the woods were peaceful. The included golf cart was handy. 2 minute drive to coffee at Turbo Coffee was easy. 3-5 minute drive to beach access. If you want private, nice, clean beach then consider driving the golf cart to the Deer Lake Park beach access. Clean bathrooms there and you can park the golf cart for $3. However, no alcohol or dogs allowed on the beach and there’s a long walk down a boardwalk to get to the beach, so bring the cart from the garage. Still, it’s worth it, especially around sunset.

We stayed at Nancy’s rental for our summer vacation and shared the home with another family. We had lots of kids with us and the multiple levels provided space for everyone. The home was decorated nicely and felt homey. The kitchen was well stocked and we also liked having a fridge on 2 floors. The wine fridge was great for drinks. Patios on multiple levels! No fighting over who got the best room, as there were 2 master rooms with soaking tubs. The beach is close by and the neighborhood also has a great pool. Loved our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

This property was just what we needed for our family vacation. The 3 masters on 3 floors gave everyone their own space.  Beautiful beach cottage furnishings and supplied with everything we needed to cook most of our own meals.  The golf cart was a must to get to the beach with our chairs, cooler, tent, etc. The porches are great to sit outside and have coffee in the morning. This was a very busy week at the beach, so I recommend getting reservations at restaurants several weeks ahead. 
Our host Nancy was very helpful and responsive to my inquiries.  Definitely made planning easier.

Great house! Kitchen had all the appliances we needed, linens were clean – having extra towels was great, and the furnishings were nice. This place exceeded our expectations along every step of the way.  First, Kismet was incredibly accommodating to us, and our check in process went smoothly.  The house was in pristine condition upon arrival.  They were communicative and easy to work with.  The house was exactly as advertised, if not better, which is rare in a rental property.

The home’s best features include: the screened-in deck off the kitchen, which provides a lovely indoor/outdoor space with a beautiful view of the wooded state park; the third floor deck, which  has a porch swing with the same view that is fantastic for reading and naps; a well-stocked kitchen to allow for home-cooked meals; a great location (almost halfway between Alys/Rosemary Beach and Seaside; but also close to the hub); your choice of three large master suites; two incredible soak tubs; easy beach access; very friendly neighbors; and a luxury golf cart.  The house is also very tastefully decorated and has lots of empty furniture and large closets for all of your things! Our visit was in January, so we were not able to enjoy the beautiful private community pool.  This house also offers a level of privacy/seclusion that many others do not, due to the popularity of the area.

We loved this house so much that we have requested to extend our stay, and will definitely be back in the future!

The Seagrove Beach Villa was the perfect rental  for our family’s 10 day celebratory vacation in December! Having a master suite on all three levels was a bonus.  The open living/kitchen common area that opened onto a deck on the middle level was comfortable and the whole house was very attractively furnished.  The kitchen as well as the rest of the house was fully equipped except for beach chairs and towels (the towels are for the pool). It was our first time at Santa Rosa Beach.  The area was great, the beaches were wide and beautiful, and the golf cart was particularly handy and fun.  We also enjoyed the walking trails in the state park  that were easily accessed right behind the house.  We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this house again and everything was as advertised and Nancy was very responsive to any question or need.  One note: if you have a group that has several cars, get the parking situation nailed down as the neighborhood has strict non street parking rules.  The Taylor’s

We loved the house…..great layout for groups…. with the 2 bedrooms on the first floor for one family, the master on the middle floor with kitchen and living spaces, then a great bunk room and another master on the third floor…..all of which allow for privacy for each of the families/groups.  Beautifully decorated in modern style, crisp and clean look. We didn’t use the porches this trip but cant wait to return and enjoy hanging out there.  Lots of places for kids to get off to themselves and hang out together.  We will return this summer.
